Georgios Lioutas is a graduate of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of AUTh (2016). He holds an MSc degree from DTU (2020) with a Thesis project on the propagation of sound in open air under the influence of meteorological phenomena. His main research interests include audio information processing systems, storage and analysis of data interconnected to graph databases and digital signal processing algorithms, utilizing psychoacoustics. He has implemented deep learning models to classify music by music genre and has enhanced the low frequency speaker response, adding higher order harmonics. Inside the framework of his cooperation with CERTH / ΙΤΙ, he participates in the European program AI4Media.
